The Challenge
Tampa Electric needed a facility that would accommodate their engineering and construction staff for an extended period during the reproduction of Gannon Station. The buildings had to be aesthetically pleasing, cost effective and functional. The buildings had to meet all of the expectations of quality and durability as their other “stick-built” facilities.

The Solution
Affordable Structures worked closely with Tampa Electric engineers and purchasing department to design a facility that met all of their expectations for both cost and speed. The end result was (2) buildings that came in at budget and ahead of schedule.
