The Challenge
Central Oil wanted a building that matched the quality and appearance of stick-built construction, but needed it faster than was possible with conventional methods. The project also had to meet the demanding requirements and approvals of the local owners and come in at reduced costs

The Solution
Through standardized manufacturing and construction processes, the design-build company achieved the development of a single-story permanent, relocatable building at substantial savings over conventional construction. The building is relocatable for future applications and meet all expectations for quality and attractiveness.
