Due to a severe shortage of outpatient clinic space at a nearby hospital, the community needed an upscale medical facility that matched decor of the surrounding architecture. The project also had to meet the requirements and approvals of the doctors and offer a time saving alternative to stick built construction.
Because modular building technology utilizes concurrent construction processes, the site preparation was performed simultaneously while the building modules were being constructed. This process allowed the clinic to be fully functional in approximately one-half the time of standard construction.
